My History is STRONG

All orders are made to order. Most orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days from the date of customers order.  Holidays, store closures, and vendor delays can effect the shipping time.  We will try our absolute best to get you your items within the 7-10 business days as mentioned.  C Krafti Hands Designs using either UPS or USPS.  Once your package is received by our shipping companies; we are not responsible for any shipping delays or loss of packages. Once your order is complete you will receive a notification that your order is shipping. Please be sure your address is correct.  We are not responsible for and are unable to replace items that went to the wrong address either by the shipping company or by customer error by inputting the wrong address.

C Krafti Hands Designs has a NO return policy since all items are customized to your specific choice therefore they are non-refundable. All sales are final; however if you received a defective or damage item please email us within 3 days of your item being delivered.   

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days of receiving your item if your item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
