Return Policy

C Krafti Hands Designs has a NO return policy since all items are customized to your specific choice therefore they are non-refundable. All sales are final; however if you received a defective or damage item please email us within 3 days of your item being delivered.   

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days of receiving your item if your item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping Policy

Most orders are processed in 7-10 days.   Items that are fully customized may take a little longer.  Fully customized items would be any design change that is not already pictured on the website.  Also, during holiday times item processing and shipping can take longer due to increased orders and/or shipping carrier increased volumes.  Once an item has been marked as accepted by the shipping carrier it is no longer the responsibility of C Krafti Hands Designs, LLC.  We are not responsible for any lost packages, or delays in shipping.  Customer will receive tracking information once your ordered has shipped and/or received by the carrier.    

Social Media Advertising Policy

 Please be advised that your customized items including your finished product with photos may be displayed on our social media pages.  If you are not in agreement to this please be sure to contact us to advise you wish to opt-out of the advertising of your customized items.
